These are the rules ('Official Rules') that apply to all Contests
hosted by SlickLiving.com. If you do not comply with the Official
Rules you may be disqualified from all Contests without further
notice.
Individual open and close dates for Contests are featured in
the individual Contest terms and conditions. Please read these
as you enter each Contest.
False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible.
Eligibility
You are eligible to enter a Contest if you are:
a US citizen or a legal resident of the US at all times during
the Contest; 18 years old or older on the open date of the Contest;
not an employee, agent, affiliate, officer or director of SlickLiving.com
or of any advertiser, promotion agency, fulfilment agency or
agent of SlickLiving.com or of anyone else professionally connected
with any Contest, nor a family member of any of these; human
- any use of electronic devices to enhance or alter your odds
of winning will count as a false or deceptive entry;an active
(i.e. currently subscribed) member of the Slickliving.com site
at the date of entering the Contest and on the close date of
the Contest; entering a Contest on or after the open date and
on or before the close date of that Contest; and otherwise compliant
with all the Official Rules. SlickLiving.com may require you
to provide proof that you are eligible and the authorised account
holder of the email addresses used to enter a Contest. "Authorised
account holder" means the natural person to whom the email
address in question has been assigned by an Internet service
provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g.
business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning
email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
If you fail to provide
all required information you may be disqualified.
You may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple
participants. If you attempt to do so you may be disqualified
from all Contests.
SlickLiving.com undertakes
to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate email, internet
and other communication links but is not otherwise responsible
for and shall not be liable for late, lost, delayed, damaged,
misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;
telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network,
Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties;
errors in transmission; or prize deliveries attempted but not
received.
If you are disqualified,
SlickLiving.com is under no obligation to publish this fact
on this site or anywhere else. Further eligibility conditions
may be featured in individual Contest terms and conditions.
Prizes

SlickLiving.com reserves the right to substitute any prize with
a prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative at any
time and for any reason, e.g. if the advertised prize is no
longer available.
SlickLiving.com cannot
guarantee the prize shown will be the same as the prize awarded.
All images of prizes
are shown for illustrative purposes only.
Any Contest shown
on the SlickLiving.com Website may be conducted over one or
more other websites simultaneously.
The prize winner
for each Contest will be chosen randomly from all valid entries
received.
Winners will be selected at random by computer within five working
days of the end of the Contest and normally notified by email
within 72 hours, except where stated in the individual special
terms and conditions.
Entry
By entering any Contest, entrants agree to accept and be bound
by all terms of these Official Rules and by all decisions of
SlickLiving.com.
By registering with
the SlickLiving.com website, or entering any SlickLiving.com
or partner sponsored Contests you agree that SlickLiving.com
may share your registration information with its partners (and
you agree to receive offers from SlickLiving.com and such partners)
which may be stated in your respective registration and Contest
entries. Such offers will be sent only by SlickLiving.com and

To enter you must
complete the registration process. If required you must confirm
your entry by clicking on the "CONFIRM ENTRY" link
in the confirmation email sent to your email address.
Any of your dealings

including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services,
and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations
associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between
you and the partner.

negligence of SlickLiving.com, SlickLiving.com expressly disclaims
any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release
and to hold SlickLiving.com (and its employees, officers, directors,
agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any
and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind
in connection with any prize or resulting from the delivery,
acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize.
SlickLiving.com (and
its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners
and affiliates) are not responsible for any condition caused
by events beyond the control of SlickLiving.com that may cause
the Contest to be disrupted.
Any information or
data you provide on this website will be managed by SlickLiving.com
as detailed in these Official Rules.
SlickLiving.com reserves
the right to modify scheduling of any SlickLiving.com or partner-sponsored
Contest without prior notice at any time and for any reason.
SlickLiving.com reserves
the right to terminate or suspend any SlickLiving.com or partner
sponsored Contest without notice at any time and for any reason.
In the event of termination,
suspension or modification of a Contest, SlickLiving.com may,
in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner
randomly drawn from among all participants who have validly
entered the Contest by that time.
